Our Twisted Story

Hi, I’m Allison—mama to Cameron, fiancée to Jules, and dog-mom to two Neapolitan mastiffs and a Frenchie. We’re a fun and busy family living in Massachusetts, chasing big dreams with full hearts and full plates. I’m a summa cum laude graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta, with experience in everything from fine dining to quick service restaurants to food sales. I knew I had to fight for my life—to be the healthiest, happiest version of myself for him. I adopted Cameron, transformed my health, and lost 200 pounds. I found joy, purpose, and the kind of love that makes everything feel possible. Now, I’m ready to return to the kitchen—on my own terms—with…

Wicked Twist, a soul food concept built on healing, history, and heart. The name reflects my Southern roots with a New England flair. The kintsugi design in my branding is intentional: it represents the beauty of being broken and rebuilt. It honors every cracked plate, every crooked road, every step it took to get here.

Wicked Twist food truck in Western Mass isn’t just food. It’s soul. It’s community. It’s proof that even the hardest stories can become beautiful masterpieces, and bringing those stories to the Chicopee Center Space community
